This blog is going to be my diary until summer comes. Maybe even after? I don’t know yet. All i know is, that I will keep a journal here on this blog, post pictures, ups and downs of my journey to become fit, healthy and hopefully a beach-babe. As this will be more than just a fitness-blog, maybe the subjects will reach other areas of life, but i hope you will all respect that my life is not all fitness and no letting go once in a while.
I am not a supporter of starvation, diets, insane training methods or anything that could harm the body. I support a healthy relationship with both food and training.
With that said, I hope anyone trying to lose weight, getting fit and toned, or just anyone looking for some time to kill, will have a look at this.
